So I am not usually much of a shoes-shopaholic kind of girl. My mom always teach me to emphasize more on comfort rather than looks when it comes to buying shoes. So no matter how pretty the shoes are, if they are not comfortable, then don’t buy it.

When I first saw these Zara studded heels on nitrolicious.com, I thought they look really cool, like glam rock or punk kind. But maybe a little too over-dramatic if anyone wears it in Malaysia.

Then I saw a pair quite similar to it, selling at at online blogshop but for a whopping RM89! Too expensive for me, but I just cannot stop admiring it. I love how all the straps had different details, all the different shapes and sizes of studs. They looked so stylish and had that rock feel I like.

I previously saw a pair of sandals having quite a similar design selling at Vincci but I did not buy it the first time around. Firstly, they are quite expensive, at RM59. And second of all, I have a lot of sandals already.

On Monday, headed out to Times Square with my roommates, plus Wei2, to accompany my roommate BB who wanted to shop for some formal clothes. We also made a short pit stop at Sg Wang, where Vincci is situated.

Knowing that the Mega sale is going on, I went to see if the sandals had discount and they did, 20%!

Despite the maddening crowd and lots of confusion plus chaos that day, finally I was able to find one in my size (and I chose white instead of black for a more subtle look) and copped it. I saw many girls asking for this shoes too, when they saw me trying them on.

I am absolutely in love with these sandals! Already, I am rockin’ it to attend classes because they are super comfortable as well ;)
